1. Eligibility for Return
- Rental Equipment: The equipment must be returned in its original condition, without any damage, alterations, or missing components.
- Inspection: All returned equipment will be inspected for damages and functionality before a refund is processed.
- Return Timeline: Equipment should be returned at the end of the agreed rental period. Early returns may be subject to specific terms outlined in your rental agreement.
2. Return Process
- Scheduled Returns: If a pick-up service is arranged, ensure that the equipment is securely packed and ready at the scheduled time.
- Return by Courier: If returning equipment via courier, ensure it is properly packaged and protected to prevent damage in transit. Any damages incurred during transit are the renter’s responsibility.
3. Refundable Security Deposit
- A security deposit is collected at the beginning of the rental period.
- Refund Process: After the equipment is returned and inspected, the security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days. If there is any damage, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Damage or Loss: If the equipment is damaged, lost, or missing any parts, the refund amount will be reduced based on the cost of repairs or replacement. In the event of a total loss, the deposit may be fully retained.
4. Refunds for Cancellations
- Full Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund of any payment made, including the security deposit.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No Refunds: Once the equipment has been delivered and the rental period has started, refunds for early termination of the rental agreement will not be provided.
5. Damaged or Faulty Equipment
- If the equipment provided is damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery, notify us immediately within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
- In Case of Damage During Rental: If the equipment becomes damaged or faulty during the rental period due to mishandling or improper use, the renter will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
6. Non-Return of Equipment
- Failure to Return: If the renter fails to return the equipment on the agreed date and does not respond to communication attempts, the full deposit will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken to recover the equipment or its value.
7. Refund Processing
- All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
- Refunds will typically take 7-10 business days after the return and inspection of the equipment.
8. Exclusions
- We do not offer refunds for equipment that is damaged due to normal wear and tear.
- Refunds are not provided for early returns unless previously agreed upon.
