1. General Terms

  • By renting equipment from Rental Plaza, you agree to all terms listed here and any additional terms that may apply to specific rentals.
  • The rental period, fees, deposit, and other conditions are determined based on the specific product being rented and the agreed-upon terms.

2. Eligibility

  • To rent equipment from Rental Plaza, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification and KYC documents.
  • Rental Plaza reserves the right to verify documents and determine eligibility based on the results of the KYC check. The refundable deposit may vary after KYC verification.

3. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the date the equipment is delivered and continues for the agreed duration.
  • Extensions to the rental period may be requested and are subject to approval based on availability. Additional charges may apply for extensions.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for rentals must be made in full before the rental period begins.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit amount varies based on the product and customer profile. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment, subject to inspection.
  • Late returns will incur additional charges, which will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

  • The equipment rented must be used as per the agreed purpose and in a safe and secure manner.
  • The renter is responsible for maintaining the equipment in the same condition as it was provided. Any damage, loss, or malfunction caused due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling will result in deductions from the security deposit, and additional charges may apply if repair or replacement is required.

6. Delivery & Return

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided during the booking process. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible.
  • The renter is responsible for returning the equipment at the end of the rental period. If pick-up services are requested, additional fees may apply.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after the 24-hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds for the security deposit will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return and inspection of the equipment.

8. Equipment Damage & Loss

  • The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of the rented equipment during the rental period.
  • In case of damage, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the equipment is beyond repair, the full replacement cost will be charged.
  • In the event of loss or theft, the renter must report the incident immediately and will be liable for the full replacement value of the equipment.

9. Liability

  • Rental Plaza is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented equipment.
  • The renter assumes all responsibility for the safe and proper use of the equipment.

10. Termination

  • Rental Plaza reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement at any time without prior notice in case of violation of the terms or misuse of equipment.
  • Upon termination, the renter is required to return the equipment immediately.

11. Privacy & Data Security

  • Any personal information collected during the rental process will be used solely for the purpose of the rental agreement and KYC verification. Your information will be kept confidential and secure.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
